La capilla mayor tiene un tramo cubierto con c\u00fapula sobre pechinas y otro con b\u00f3veda de ca\u00f1\u00f3n con lunetos. Dos portadas presentan la Iglesia, una situada en el muro de los pies y otra en la nave de la Ep\u00edstola. Documentado en el siglo XIII (1280), es, en principio, un edificio mud\u00e9jar del siglo XV al que se efectuaron importantes reformas y ampliaciones en \u00e9poca barroca. Una de las intervenciones de mayor envergadura tuvo lugar en 1709, tras su derribo por un hurac\u00e1n.<\/p><figure id=\"attachment_282\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-282\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-282\" src=\"https:\/\/virgendesetefilla.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/imgi_10_altar_santuario_web-300x300-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/virgendesetefilla.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/imgi_10_altar_santuario_web-300x300-1.jpg 300w, https:\/\/virgendesetefilla.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/imgi_10_altar_santuario_web-300x300-1-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-282\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Altar Mayor<\/figcaption><\/figure><p>El altar mayor data de 1730 aproximadamente y presenta un solo cuerpo, con est\u00edpites y columnas salom\u00f3nicas, rematado por un \u00e1tico. Una escultura de San Antonio de Padua de mediados del siglo XVII ocupa un retablo situado hacia los pies de esta misma nave.<\/p><figure id=\"attachment_252\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-252\" style=\"width: 150px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-252\" src=\"https:\/\/virgendesetefilla.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/imgi_4_Instantanea-durante-la-venida-del-ano-2007-150x150-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-252\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Santuario<\/figcaption><\/figure><p>Este Santuario es visitado diariamente por numerosos fieles y devotos de Ntra.
